HellO;

We have munchkin tracking set up on our company website and forms as well.  When someone fills out a form, it sends an email to a group address who then assigns it.  Yesterday we had a form fill out and the sales rep went to follow up with the person, however when he did she said that she hasnt been on our website in months and was off yesterday (when the form submission occured)  Any ideas???

Hey Erin,

This is usually a result of a lead having Javascript disabled(NoScript), and failing to trigger Munchkin's Visits Web Page activity call.  Without JS we can't track on-page activity, even if the lead fills out a form.  Image blockers can also prevent vists web page from being logged.
