I have a client who would like to get reports with the visitors to their webpage and company that they belong to. I thought it would be a good idea for them to use the Web personalization module and download the visitors report.
I have two questions to be sure it is the best option:
1) In case the client also has ABM Module, if a visitor is anonymous but belongs to a target account, can Marketo match his IP to the target account´s one? Or is it possible to connect only known visitors to accounts?
2) Would this solution make sense considering that their target accounts are very small german companies (so likely not on marketo´s IP Addresses database?
Yes it is possible via ABM List Segmentation. it will track both anonymous or know visitors from target accounts. By creating the Web segment call the ABM list and specific the country or region.
