I wouldn't necessarily say they want to look at web activity from all time on every record, but they would benefit from having at least the last 6-12 months. If you have 2 similar records, one with web activity from 4-6 months ago and one with no web activity, the one with activity from 4-6 months ago is more interesting to a sales rep - but now they can't see that in SFDC because it is older than 90 days. It kind of takes some of the value away from sales insight, especially for people who were using it before auto-archiving began.
