Wait steps to end between certain times

Hey guys! I want to include a flow step in one of my campaigns that waits one hour if the trigger occurs during business hours, but if it doesn't occur during business hours, waits one hour after the next work day begins. Does anybody know a relatively simple way to do this?

Do a search on this. There have been various solutions based on things like Create Time and date. I wrote something like this last year on my site.
