Variable landing pages based on form field selection

Hi all,

Is there any better way than using jquery to direct people to different landing pages from the one form? What I am trying to achieve is sending users to different URL's based on what selection they make on one form field.

The form is hosted on a web page as well - not a marketo landing page.

I have also tried a jquery example of one of the Marketo champions but am struggling to get it to work at all.

Would love to know if there was a solution to this.  Not too familiar with jquery, but I can learn 🙂

This is exactly what I am trying to do with my form as well.
