Using SEO is it possible to track of competitors' inbound links?

I'd also like a report of  which sites are linking to competitors that aren't linking to my site. Possible?

These reports would be great for strategic link building and compeitive positioning. THANKS!

You should look at Moz.com. Marketo isn't designed to do this, although it may add some SEO tools soon.
