Using a trigger with a constraint filter plus (OR) three other filters

hi Darshil, my manager has raised a support ticket with Marketo to establish why the original updated trigger isn't working as we would expect. Will update as things progress.

The change would be fine, but for the fact that we're looking to target those with a move timescale of asap; within next 6 months so we need those CO's
