Using a Clicktools Survey in Marketo Email and Passing Results into Salesforce

Hello,

We have created a survey in Clicktools and would like to append the survey URL in a email sent from Marketo to selected Contacts.  Once the survey is completed, we want to pass them into Salesforce onto the Contact's record.

Is this even feasible and if so, how do I go about doing so?  The documentation from Clicktools is not the best and in many cases confusing.

...or the second part of your question, I would ask Clicktools what their recommended approach is.
