I am never a fan of passwords to webinars. I understand the logic, but usually people struggle to find the password to use it. it generally seems hard enough to get people to sign up. If you are worried about someone getting in your webinar, you will likely have to monitor it. We often scan the users that register and cross check them on LinkedIn to understand if we would want to them as as a guest.
