URL Builder with Hidden Field on Form

We have 2 basic demo request pages we are hoping to use on our website, emails, etc aand have recently added an SFDC field 'Marketing Demo Source' so that Marketing can distinguish where the demos have come from.  I have set up a Hidden Field on the demo request forms and set the parameter to 'Marketing Demo Source' and created a unique URL using the URL builder.  When I test the form, the information is not autopopulating for the Marketing Demo Source.  Has anyone ever set their forms up like this?  Any tips/best practices to get it working properly?

Have you seen this article here - https://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000KyqoCAC? Keep in mind that the Parameter Name is case sensitive, so the parameter in your link should match what you have in the form editor.
