Uploading a Word Doc to the Community

Are we allowed to upload information to the community?  I have a word doc that covers the StrongView Failure Categories and Types that I would like to share as informational material.  What are my options and what is the policy?

You can upload a doc if you want.

If it is from another site or source just make sure to cite them.
