We have updated some email address after they hard-bounced to correct email address, but when we sent another email, those addresses still bounced. Is there a way to resend the email?

Make sure you change the Email Invalid field to False so you can retry them. In fact, you may want to set up a data management campaign that runs on an ongoing basis to reset that field whenever the email address changes on a record where Email Invalid = True.
