Unsubscribed leads coming in as new leads in SFDC

Occasionally we'll have someone input a wrong/different email when they are unsubscribing from an email. They end up entering SFDC as a "new lead".
Under the Activity History window: Filled out form: Unsubscribe. Is there a way to prevent this from coming in as a new lead? It skews our inbound lead numbers.

We just had the same issue and I just came across this post.  Is there any way to send me a link to walk me through how to block these?

Thanks for the response, Josh.

You're right -- the email field is pre-populated when they click the unsubscribed, but once in a while we'll still get one of these come through.

Would you have a link to a resouce that walks me through this setup?: For instance, you can say if the lead is created from that Form, block them. Or mark them as Lead Source=Unsubscribed and block or filter them out.

You can block your sync to accept only certain leads.

That's usually what I do.

Why is your unsubscribe form not prefilling their info? The only time that should happen is 
-Forwarded email
-found page via search
-someone decided to change the email.
