We have a list of unsubscribed leads and I am trying to determine whether they can be "automatically unsubscribed" by a spam filter, or an error. If so, how to remedy?
We also had a DKIM/SPF error, and I would like to know how this effects it?
To check your lead Unsubscribe reason you can create a smart list with filter "Unsubscribe Reason". This will give you a glimpse of why your lead has been marked unsubscribe.
