hi, So I got emails from a smart list subscription that does not exist in my NA workspace in the database or analytics. I had alert emails set up but those have been shut off. Not sure how to resolve the issue.

Can you check for an active SL subscription in the Marketing Activities section?
Go to Marketing Activities > Select the apt WS from the left navigation tree > Click on Subscriptions in the right pane
