Anyone else having issues accessing existing cases - or even submitting new cases/tickets. Been down for us all day. Can't get through on the phone either.
We had a similar issue (not as bad) a couple of months ago, our CSM was able to create cases on our behalf.

I just tried and was able to log in and look at a ticket I have opened.

I was able to finally get in touch with Support, but still can't apply new detail to a ticket that we had to have re-open (leads not syncing to CRM).

Have you tried a different browser and maybe logged off your internal network if you are on one?
yep - Mac, Windows, FF, Chrome, IE (across three computers all connected directly to my ISP). Everything else works fine. Just started to occur this morning.
