Twitter Demand Gen Card Submit URL

Im trying to set up the demand gen cards in Twitter and it is asking for a Marketo Submit URL.  Can anyone point me in the right direction on where to find that or how to set one up? Thanks!

Makes sense, I was looking for an answer around Submit URLs in general not specific to Twitter cards. Thanks for the update though.
