Twilio responses to Marketo

If anyone have worked on pushing the Twilio responses to Marketo? Can you help me with the process.

that question is super broad.

What kind of responses are you trying to push?  What are you trying to acheive?

The short answer is that Marketo has many APIs, but without knowing what you're doing in Twilio and wanting to do in Marketo it is a bit hard to answer your question.

I would like to push Manual responses from Twilio to Marketo.

Can you explain the actual use case?  

Does the lead already exist in Marketo.  What is the process you're taking the lead through etc.

The initial SMS will be sent via the Marketo trigger campaign Using the webhooks integration with Twilio, later the responses are stored in the Twilio. So, I would like to pass these responses on to the respective Marketo lead.
