Trying to update a template, but the auto save is not working when I change HTML.

I have tested on Windows and Mac within Chrome and Firefox and continuously have this bug.  I have a blank landing page setup, and I am trying to insert my own HTML, but after one or two tries, it refuses to save and show up in the preview.  Kind of frustrating when I am trying to put together a page from scratch.

Any ideas what might be causing this?

This sounds weird and would probably justify a ticket to support.
