Hi Community! Has anyone experienced strange lapses in Marketo connectivity with Salesforce? I had created a smart list for my email campaign that went out last week that explicitly excluded people we had marked in salesforce as disqualified, but the blast apparently went to them anyway...I pulled the same smart list two days later and it excluded them as it should have. Help on how to troubleshoot? My notifications showed there was difficulty connecting to the SFDC server the week before the blast, but not the day of..and other Marketo-Salesforce activity was working okay that day. Thank you!
I'd ask Support to help you investigate.
But you can take some sample leads from that disqualified group and see if some of them experienced SFDC Sync errors (use the filter) like FAILED or FIELD EXCEPTION or something.
