Trigger off Change to SFDC Field

Hey there, I'm thinking this should be easy to do in the flow, but can't figure out how to accomplish this. Can you shed some light on how I might trigger an email to someone based on a custom field being changed by a sales rep inside of SFDC.

Use trigger Data Value changes in Smart list, select the field your looking for and add the new value you wnat to trigger.

Sure, do a Data Value Change trigger based on that field. - Jeff
