I've built an email and smart campaign that triggers an alert when one of our Sales Executives closes a Pilot Opportunity in SFDC.
For some reason, I am not receiving the triggered email? Here is my setup:
When I close an opportunity in my SFDC instance, I am not receiving the email as selected in my alert (My campaign is activated).
Am I missing something here?
Try changing the constraints in you trigger :
and remove the constraint "Stage is closed"

Hi David, this seems like something that should be built in SFDC workflows/process builder. It's standard functionality for SFDC. Any reason you're trying to build this in Marketo instead?
