We've recently updated the lead owners to over 17K leads in our database, but noticed that none of the open tasks associated with these leads transferred over to the new owner.
In Salesforce, when you change the owner of a lead the tasks should automatically transfer over, but for some reason this did not occur.
I'd like answers for a few things:
1. Is there a way for me to transfer the ownership of open tasks through Marketo?
3. If this cannot be done in Marketo, anyone know the best way to do this in Salesforce?
2. In the future, how can I make sure that when I change lead ownership through Marketo, all the open tasks will also follow?
