If the campaign has run, there should be data in the email tab. I would suggest calling support. In the meantime, you can use the email performance report in Analytics to see the data. You can filter the report by the specific emails and be sure to check the timeframe that is set for the report as well.
Be sure that you are looking at the Email tab on the smart campaign that you used to actually send the emails and not a smart campaign that changes the progression status to "opened" or "clicked" for example.
