I am wondering how I can track download stats of a PDF on a landing page creatied in Marketo. Would really appreciate your help.

Hi Juliana!

You can create a smart list with this filter:
;Clicked Link of Web Page': Link Name is the PDF
Add a contraint for 'Visited Web Page': Marketo landing page
