I have emails with program tokens (using tokens is time saving). These emails are published on Sales Insight. But now sales sees weird empty/tokens and not the actual content. Also the test emails are not being populated with the toke values. This of course scares the hell out of sales people. They don't trust it. Is there something wrong with my instance or what?
When Sales uses the Send Test function in Sales Insight in SFDC, it does not merge the tokens. We caution them about this and tell them to test an email by sending it to themselves or a colleague.
Make sure that all the tokens are correctly inserted. When one token is busted, it has the possiblilty of breaking others, even though they are correct.
