I'm trying to update a date field from another date field using a token but the custom field token doesn't appear in the token list for leads - visibiility is fine - I use it in other flow steps but there doesn't seem to be a token for it. Any suggestions?

Can you please provide a screen shot of your flow step ?

are you sure both fields are the same Type?
If you just created it, you may have to wait few mins and refresh your browser for it to show up.
