There aren't any OOTB capabilities for heatmap/time spent viewing an email in Marketo. This could be just me, but when it comes to email engagements, commonly used vanity metrics like opens, clicks, etc. are unreliable enough for people not to go through the effort of reporting on one more similar metric such as time spent viewing an email.
