I need a clarification - if they fill out a form on a Marketo landing page that has an autoresponder set up in the flow - they won't get it if they are on the Blacklist?

It is black listed=true
Generally you only black list competitors, spam traps, and problem leads. This blocks them from getting ANY email no matter what.
