Hey Cheryl,
I just received a flood of emails including my three test emails as well as 3 emails saying that someone had responded to a discussion I was subscribed to. Very weird, but I did receive the emails. There was just a serious delay.

I have just tested the send test feature and I am not seeing any issue. Can you try again? We patched this early today.
