Marketo doesn't currently offer responsive or mobile-optimized landing pages as a native feature, but I know some workarounds exist, as long as you're pretty comfortable with your HTML and CSS skills (or know someone who is). One of the Seattle User Group members came up with a pretty slick workaround that's very well documented and even includes pre-built templates:
