Targeting flow by an external link that was clicked in an email

All of our emails contain links to our facebook and twitter pages. Often times we create emails that also contain a link, which is our call to action, to a survey monkey survey.

Our challenge is that we want to target the flow based on whether a customer clicked on the call to action "Click to take the survey".   Is there a way for us to know whether a customer clicks on that exact link in our email even though it goes to another website?  I understand the marketo tracking is not on our survey monkey tool, but is there a way for us to know that people are clicking on that link when in our email since it is our email and manually enter that url into marketo?

Thanks!
Lisa

Links you have in your email are tracked - even though the Munchkin is not on the actual page the link refers to. You can build campaigns based on the Smart List trigger/filter, Clicks Link in Email or Clicked Link in Email, and add in a Contraint of Link.
