Tagging campaigns in Marketing Activities

Is there a way to tag campaigns in Marketing Activities with an industry or sector (healthcare, for example), so I can find all the work we did targeting that?

Absolutely, you can create Tags in Admin and add them to the campaign from the Setup tab. Here's more on this.
