Is there a way to sync over the offer tag on a program over to a campaign in Salesforce?

I usually try to create new fields on the SFDC Campaign object and make them the same as the Tags.
I am looking to have tags passed to SFDC for reporting purposes.
If we create new fields the tracking via RCE become complicated, doesn't it?
