I've been testing out a lead today, and when updating the lead record this the error I keep running into:
Does anyone know why this error is occurring Lead Source can't be changed? I have that field blocked, but I was able to get someone else in our company with an existing lead source to fill out the form and his went through fine.
Your Salesforce has rules that do not allow the sync user to change the Lead Source. You'll have to work with your SFDC Admin on why those rules are there and/or remove them. Until then the sync will continue to fail until you stop attempting to change the Lead Source from what it is currently in Salesforce.
Thanks - but it's working for other leads, only for my own personal lead record is this error popping up (as far as I can tell)
