Sweepstakes entry on completion of requirement

I'm curious to see if a lead can be entered into a sweepstakes only after completing some requirement, i.e. after sharing on social? I see that bonus entries can be given for these sort of activities, but i don't see anything like this for entry. Has anyone done anything like this before?

It might be possible to trigger based on Social Sharing or to ask them to fill out a form. I haven't tried to do this before, however.

Perhaps to let them enter and then wait 1 day, check if they completed requirement, then send confirmation email.
