Claire Marbach is a Sidetrade's user, but she can't use the Marketo's support. How can we give her the access to post cases on Marketo's support?

Here's the doc that shows how to manage your authorized contacts: Manage Authorized Contacts in Community - Marketo Docs - Product Docs You'll need to be the Support Admin on the account to be able to do this
Support can add additional authorized contacts, but it's quicker to do it on your side many times.
You'll need to make sure that she has logged into the Marketo instance and then clicked on the Community button in the upper right corner before she'll show up in the list as able to be selected.
Also, if you submit a case under your access info, you can add her as a CC onto the case and she'll get all email notifications for when comments are made into the case. This will let her reply back to one of those notification emails, which goes right into the case comments, allowing her to work the case even if she's not an Authorized Support Contact
