Kim Stites and I had a great time presenting our standing room only session on Wednesday at the Summit, and thanks to those who attended for such a great turnout. There were certainly a lot of pain points in the room that we never got to so I'm planning to host a follow-up webinar on some of these issues (especially the one about sales keeping their contacts on spreadsheets - I'll provide the cost calculations to help get management buy-in on stopping this practice.)
