We are trying to target c-suite individuals at our key customer accounts but all the emails appear to be getting consistently caught in a quarantine (email shows as delivered but with no subsequent activity). We have a dedicated IP in Marketo and I'm wondering if there are any suggestions for the best way to reach individuals at this level. Thanks!

My first question is, are you able to reach other individuals at these organizations? It's very likely that it's an anti-spam blocker on their end...this post actually has some good insight in it: Re: Marketo Says Email Delivered, Client say they never received it.

That was my assumption as well - other than getting our server white-listed with the receiving company, is there anything else that can be done? Are there other solutions people have put in place to deal with this?
