Hello Nation,
We recently got access to beta of Advanced BI Analytics. I cannot find anywhere how to subscribe to the report to receive the table regularly sent to my inbox. Like I used with RCA reports in Analytics.
I saw somewhere it being mentioned it should be possible, but I must be blind or really missing something.
Thank you
Hi @HumlDavid - As far as I understand, they don't provide this feature.
But if you click "Go to Classic" and go back to old RCA, you will find it. But the new reports won't be there. It will have to be created again in RCA.
Somebody in my circle mentioned that subscriptions will be available from June onwards in the new experience.
Thanks!
Thank you @SaurabhGoyal_GN
Indeed I can go back, however note "beta will run through June 1, 2025, upon which time the classic experience via “Revenue Explorer” will be permanently deprecated" (source) is a bit unclear on the future.
From the same page they are addressing subscriptions with a bland:
"Your email subscriptions in the classic experience will be replicated to the new experience. The email subscriptions in the classic experience will continue functioning until the deprecation of the classic experience on June 1, 2025."
I believe i will be addressed, but Adobe could do a better job with documentation.
Hi @HumlDavid ,

You can clarify all your queries in this AMA, this will be a great platform for you to begin your Advance BI journey in Marketo.
Hi @HumlDavid,
I'm finding this post relevant now, as the classic RCA/RCE experience is now officially offline. Unfortunately, subscriptions in the new Advanced BI Analytics do not provide a spreadsheet or Excel document like was available with RCE. Here's the quote, buried a bit at the end of the overview article:
Email subscription includes the PDF export rather than the HTML of the report. The new email subscription will not include the report definition.
You can export a table in the report, as seen in the above article's "Export a visualization" section. It's all manual.
I'm quite disappointed that we lost this feature. Given that this is a paid add-on, I expected the features to grow rather than diminish. It's less useful if we can't easily share with stakeholders who are not experienced in Marketo or do not have an account.
I put an enhancement ticket in (thank you, Support team!). We'll see if they work on this.
