Submit button on form does not display

I'm creating a form on a landing page and when I am editing the form, I can see the submit button, but when I preview the form on the landing page (or even edit the landing page the form is on), the button just shows up as a white block or not at all. 

I thought that maybe the button wouldn't show until the asset was approved, but when I went back to edit the form and chose to include the 'clear' button, that button showed up in the preview pages.

I've tried viewing it in multiple browsers, but no luck. Any thoughts?

Can you see the button when you view the approved page? If so, then you are fine.

Are you using special javascript on your template or did you add Custom HTML? Sometimes that causes Edit and Preview to not display everything.

The button is still not visible when the landing page (and form) are approved. There is no custom HTML on the page either.
