When sending test emails, the formatting of the subject line changes for one of our clients that is using Outlook 10 - more specifically, it turns two words into one. (Be Rewarded for Healthy Choices becomes Be Rewarded forHealthy Choices). Has anyone else experienced this or have any suggestions for correcting it?
Thank you
Hi Jen,
You should move your question to the product section of the community. The champions group is for questions about the champions program.
And with regards to you question, we need to see the email html code (or at least the code of the section of the email in which the problem occurs). Paste it in this post.

Like Greg said, pls move to the @Products space.
One critical difference between Subject lines in the editor and Subject lines in "real life" (i.e. mail clients) is that the editor uses an HTML textbox, which can accept any unicode space character. In real life, Subject lines are pure ASCII (the plainest type of plain text) -- even if the body of the email is HTML.
So it's very easy to paste a subject line that contains characters that are ignored or mangled in email-land.
Also, if all else fails, I would try creating a new email. I've had random issues in the past that could only be resolved by creating the email anew. Good luck!
