Statuses using for Nurture Program?

Hi all,

I'm still making many tweaks and changes in my nurture streams etc... but as for the nurture program as a whole, I 'm trying to determine what statuses to use and which to label as succeses. Any thoughts? What are yall using?

Mike, when you say Engaged = Filled Out Form, do you mean that the lead got to the form they filled out by clicking on one of your nurturing emails?

Engaged is Filled Out Form
And, yes, we use the Stream Performance report

And do you just use the engagement stream performance report to track the clicks, opens, unsubs, etc?

And how do you define responded (just clicked?) and engaged?

We use:

Responded
Engaged
Unsubscribed

Engaged=success

We didn't get very creative with ours--we just use "Member of Program" and "Engaged." Engaged = success. That's a good question though. Are you thinking of having stages of engagement, like low, medium, high, etc.?
