We have a lead with high urgency, lots of flames, but no stars? So we cant see what activity they have carried out to become 'urgent'? Please help....
Flames and stars have two separate meanings in Marketo. Flames represent urgency (as you said), so they correspond with how recent the leads' activity was. Stars represent relative score compared to the rest of your leads. This helps Sales prioritize.
In the scenario you're talking about, it looks like the lead has been active recently, but has a lower score than other leads in your database.
Thanks for this, makes sense. With a bit of digging we discovered that the contact was securing flames because of his behavioural attributes and not through activity - hence he was urgent but not showing any signs of visiting our site etc...
