Standard Fields Not enabled in Revenue Explorer

So I have standard fields like account owner that are not enabled in the RCE and I can't find a way that will let me enable them.  Any thoughts?

Sadly I tried that before I posted to this discussion. It won't even let me change it in the field management. I'm seriously frustrated. That I can't add them to reports. The lead owner shows up but that isn't nearly as helpful as the account owner is since they are not usually the same person.

You may be able to do this if you go to Admin > Revenue Cycle Explorer and include those fields on the sync. It may be that these fields are excluded regardless.
