Spark - Event Registrations & iPad App

I have the Spark level of Marketo and am wondering if i can use Marketo to manage event registrations and then use the ipad app to manage check ins.

Yes you can!  Here is a link to a high level overview of our packages on our website.  You can download the iPad Check In app from itunes.  Be sure to check out the User Guide to ensure you have everything set up correctly.
