Hi Isabela, do you have a data value change flow step that should update the lead source? Lead source won't automatically be populated, you need to define what should be populated in the field. Sorry if this was a pretty obvious response... if it was, if you could please clarify your setup, we might be able to help a little more.

I ended up just creating a smart campaign, so if form is filled, change lead source to web
