Would I be able to use SnapApp to set up a survey that automatically calculated the responses? For example, John Smith selects 4 for Q1 and 2 for Q2. I would like to add those numbers up and divide by another number to get a final number for a ranking. Will I be able to do this with SnapApp?

This should be possible. It might require a little bit of custom work on SnapApp's side.

I'm SnapApp's Marketing Manager (and Marketo power user) and you can definately do what you're asking for with our ROI caculator-- no custom dev work requried. We call it an "ROI caculator" since that's the most common use case, but really you can do any equation that you want. If you want more information, just let me know and I'll connect you to my team.
