smart list growth report

Is there any way to create a report that totals members of various smart lists?  Also growth over time of smart lists?

No, you cannot do this.

You can do this for campaign members, because it shows a members by week chart.

You could potentially add leads to a static list and monitor that, but it won't be an automatic report.
