Smart campaign is still running

Hi,

I run a smart campaign that to broadcast a webinar invitation email. This email is supposed to go out to 150K people. I run this smart campaign on 8th Aug and it is still showing in running. I check and found no recurrence schedules. In run history it is showing only one run on 8th Aug. Can some one please help me understand why it is still in running process? is this something related to soft bounces etc, means it is trying to re-send email to softbounces once again?

This sounds like a question for support. It may be hung up due to the number of people that you sent to. I recall there being a maximum number of leads that you can send to at once, but I am not certain what that number was.
